The Pipeline is a ministry to Equip, Encourage, and Connect church leaders throughout West TX. It is anchored out of FBC Midland with the aim of launching into a network supported by area churches by ~2029. It provides an avenue of cooperation amongst churches. The Pipeline exists simply to see churches meeting the needs of other churches.
Relationships
The Pipeline aims to create opportunities for church leaders to build relationships with other leaders across the region without the pressure of leading an event or hosting. We want church leaders to share resources, ideas, and be spurred along in ministry as they grow in faith together. Our desire is to see trust amongst church leaders in the region grow.
Missions
The Pipeline aims to come alongside churches as they carry out the great commission. Its goal is to create synergy and cooperation between churches where possible so that people in the Permian Basin recognize churches by their love and how they come together…especially for the sake of sharing the Gospel. The Pipeline is here to help you reach our community and beyond.
Training and Events
West Texas is a difficult place to be a pastor or church leader. The Pipeline aims to bring theological trainings, seminars, workshops, and events that help equip church leaders in the region for their roles. Our desire is that leaders are able to remain here instead of traveling great distances for good training. The Pipeline also assists church leaders in providing trainings for it’s congregations as needed.
